1. Introduction

Welcome to Netcode.click. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and services. By engaging with Netcode.click, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services & Booking

• Clients book services online by selecting a subcategory and filling out the booking form.
• After booking, Netcode.click will contact the client for negotiation of payments.
• Advertisements can be placed on our platform, subject to approval.
• Services that violate Islamic beliefs are strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payment methods are allowed if agreed upon between the client and the company.
• Refunds may or may not be issued, depending on the Board of Directors' decision.
• Subcontracted professionals must remit 30% of profits from Netcode.click deals.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Clients and subcontractors must not engage in copyright infringement. All materials created through Netcode.click services remain the property of the respective owners, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Service Termination & Withdrawals

Netcode.click reserves the right to terminate or withdraw services when necessary. Refunds for terminated services will be handled appropriately based on company policies.

6. User Data & Privacy

We ensure maximum data privacy and security for all users. Personal information is handled in compliance with Ugandan and international laws.

7. Hiring Netcode.click Members

Clients who employ Netcode.click members or impersonators without official booking or registration do so at their own risk. Netcode.click is not liable for unauthorized engagements.

8. Governing Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and applicable international regulations.
